Referral questions
Who can submit a referral?
You may use this page to enquire about support for yourself. Professionals can also use the form to ask about a potential referral, provided they are authorised to share the information.
What information should I include?
A concise description of the support being sought, relevant health or psychological context, and a safe way to contact you is usually enough for an initial enquiry. Avoid sending a complete medical history through a general web form.
Does submitting the form guarantee an appointment?
No. We first need to consider whether your needs fall within the service we can safely and appropriately provide, whether a psychologist is available, and whether another service would be better suited.
Is this form monitored for urgent help?
No. Asteria is a planned psychological service and this form should not be used in a crisis or emergency. Use the urgent-support information above if immediate help is needed.
